Kate Weiser began collecting dessert cookbooks at a young age. She later graduated from the California Culinary Academy and now shares her tasty bonbons at Kate Weiser Chocolate. Her hand-painted confections gain attention, and she was named one of North America's "top 10 chocolatiers" in 2014. Flavors include passion fruit, toasted coconut, and strawberry basil. The shop ships ground orders Monday through Thursday, or you can order for pickup at the Trinity Groves location.
