After Todd David decided to change careers, he sold his disaster restoration company and opened Cattleack Barbecue. Today, the restaurant is known for its smoked fall-off-the-bone meat. David prepares his famous house-made sauce and every bite bursts with memorable flavor. Offerings include brisket, burnt ends, and pork ribs. Don't forget to add Granny's coleslaw and the banana pudding to your takeout order. The restaurant is open on Thursdays and Fridays and the first Saturday of every month from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Slow Bone

Slow Bone started serving Texas-style barbecue in 2013. The chefs call the smoker Miss Jessie and smoke the meat onsite daily.
